How do I place an order?

The fastest and the most secure way of ordering is by placing an order through our web site.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.

We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. During Postal strikes we will extend this to a 28 day returns period to allow for delivery delays.

Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When will a refund be issued for the returned/exchanged product?

We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving your return. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the banks to credit your account with the refund.

Will I be charged in the local currency?

All payments are processed in GBP and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider. The total amount in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rate used by the credit provider. The currency conversion facility provided by us is based on approximate current exchange rates and does not include fees charged by the credit card provider. As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary slightly from the amount shown by the currency conversion facility.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, debit cards and Paypal. These payment methods are reputable, safe and convenient for you.

What are the Discount Coupons and how can I use them?

From time to time, discount coupons will be issued to customers as part of special promotions. The coupons can be redeemed by entering a coupon code during the checkout process. The discount coupons may have different values and varying expiry dates. The coupons can only be used before the expiry date.

What if I am not available on my delivery date?

If you are not available to sign for your order then it will be returned to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.

How can I check the status of my order?

Your order status will be available within 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top part of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view info.

I am concerned about using my credit card online. Is your site safe?

Are all your items in stock?

Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.
